Applied Works was asked to rationalise the communication strategy for TfL Careers, developing a unifying presence to live under the TfL brand identity.
We developed the concept of TfL ‘stories’ realised through video shorts and posters featuring real members of staff. Recruitment communications guidelines for web banners, posters and magazine ads were developed to promote better use of TfL colour palettes and employ the consistent call to action ‘tfl.gov.uk/careers’.
Our key deliverable, a two minute video (opposite), promotes TfL as being an inspiring and diverse employer; part of the fabric of one of the world’s great cities.
