Save the Children

To support a three-year campaign to save children’s lives in West African slums, Save the Children wanted to push the boundaries of what could be done online. We created media rich microsites to help raise awareness and encourage donations – the immersive user experience brings closer the hard reality of what life is like for children living in the slums.

Save the Children also turned to Applied Works for a re-design of their global intranet. In-line with the charity’s new branding, the result is a highly compelling and interactive tool, with numerous features designed to inspire employees and bring them together on critical issues.

Testimonial

We worked with Applied Works to design our new intranet. They got to grips with our brand immediately and created an innovative design that we all loved instantly – our new intranet is now easy to navigate and engages staff from the minute you arrive onto the homepage.

We’ve had great feedback from our staff all around the world. We really appreciated Applied Works collaborative approach but that they also strive for what they believe in and challenged us at times in order to create a final product that we’re all very proud of.
