AstraZeneca (UK careers)

Applied Works long standing relationship with AstraZeneca UK Careers included the hugely successful ‘Talent Scout’ employee referral scheme which won two awards in 2007.

The Talent Scout project included identity, website, messageboards, Facebook and iGoogle applications, eCard, posters and banners. The awareness created by the campaign accounted for an 88% increase in appointments through the scheme between 2006 and 2007, when 18% of all new hires at AstraZeneca UK were made via Talent Scouts.

We also designed the AstraZeneca UK Careers website, and marketing materials such as the Periodic Table poster (shown below) for students and graduates.
